IMPORTANT
Whether your register online, by mail or fax, all applications:
- must include a signed Parent/Guardian permission form or sign the MAIN registration form.
- must include the academy specific information form.
- must include the $50 non-refundable deposit, with full payment due prior to the start of the program. Cheques are payable to Acadia University. Visa, Mastercard, American Express accepted.
- must have your teacher complete the last section (Required registration documentation) on the academy-specific form. This information is important for appropriate band placement.
- must be received by June 19 to receive the Early Bird prices. After June 19 please add $40 to your registration fee.
- will be acknowledged with a notice indicating we have received your application and further information regarding academy details will follow.
Avoid delays in processing your application, please complete all forms in detail and ensure payment is enclosed.
