Students are responsible for their own classroom materials such as notebooks, paper, pens, pencils, etc.

Note: Medical insurance should also be purchased by students prior to their arrival in Canada.

Refund Policy
  • $125 EAP application fee is non-refundable
  • Full tuition refund if a student withdraws because they have been denied a visa.  A copy of the letter stating the visa denial must be provided to ACIL (Acadia Centre for International Languages).
  • Full tuition refund if cancellation is received 4 or more weeks before program start date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is received 1 – 3 weeks before program start date.
