New Student Arrival Information

Please look at the table below for arrival dates of upcoming EAP terms.  These dates are important when you are booking your airline tickets. We cannot accommodate students who arrive before the arrival date, so please do not buy a ticket which arrives before the date below. If you have any questions please ask us before you book your ticket. If you have already booked your ticket before these dates, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you to make arrangements.

Please try to arrive as close to the listed arrival date as possible. If you arrive more than 7 days after the start of the program, you may be refused entry into classes.

Free airport pickup will be offered for EAP students arriving on theFree Airport Pickup dates. Acadia University vans will be pick up students at Halifax Stanfield International Airport beginning at midnight (0000 hours) of the pickup date until midnight (0000 hours) of the following day.  Please email us with your flight information at least 7 days before you arrive.

If you plan to live in residence on campus at Acadia University, you should apply now.  If you have any problems with the residence application, please contact the Department of Residence Life by email.  Please include your complete name and Acadia ID number in your email.
