Online English for Academic Purposes

Online English for Academic Purposes (OEAP) is an online complement to Acadia University's on-campus EAP program.  In OEAP, you can progress through the EAP 3 and EAP 4 levels of the EAP program from the comfort of your home, or anywhere you have a computer and internet connection.

Acadia Online EAP courses are different from other online language courses because you really get to interact with the instructors and other students.  Our virtual classroom lets you take part in live lessons where you will be able to see and speak with your instructor and other students from around the world.

• Use your time in Canada more effectively.  By completing EAP levels before you arrive, you spend less time studying English and more time studying in your degree program.

• Develop your core skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening.  You will learn how to create essays and papers, deliver presentations, engage in group discussion, and more.
