Payment Policies
- Full payment is required before the start of the course.
- Fees include resource materials and refreshment breaks.
- All fees and facilitators are subject to change.
- Listed fees do not include HST.
- Parking fees are non-refundable
Cancellation/Substitution Policies
- Cancellations received in writing by Open Acadia 10 working days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to the course start date are subject to a 20% administration fee.
- Participants may send a replacement to the course as long as Open Acadia is informed of the substitution in advance of the course start date.
- Non-attendance will incur the full program fee.
- If the course is cancelled full program fees will be refunded.
- Acadia University reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel programs due to insufficient registrations or other unforseeable circumstances. Acadia University will make every effort to inform participants of any changes or cancellations at the earliest possible time.
Parking Information
Parking is available on campus at a charge of $8/day. Parking fees are non-refundable. Metered parking spaces are placed on reserve for those who purchase parking and you will receive instructions and directions to parking locations prior to the course start.
There is no charge for parking on campus in parking lots after 5:00 pm, however if you are at a parking meter you are required to pay until 8:00 pm on weekdays. There is no charge for parking on campus on the weekend.

Check In Procedure
We recommend that you check in at the course location 30 minutes prior to the start of the course. Upon arrival you will receive your course materials.
Inclement Weather
All courses will run unless Acadia University is closed. It is best to check the Acadia University (www.acadiau.ca) website for closure announcements.
