28th Annual Huggins High School Science Seminar
Friday, May 3rd, 2013

Each year, we invite talented high school students to join us for an action-packed day of interactive and engaging presentations. The Huggins High School Science Seminar connects passionate science students from across the Maritimes with today's innovative scientists. Established in 1986 by Dr. Charles Huggins, Acadia alumnus, Chancellor Emeritus, and Nobel laureate, the seminar introduces students to advances in science and technology that offer them exciting opportunities for involvement in the future.
The green-themed 2013 seminar on Friday, May 3rd included four keynote presentations involving speakers from Acadia and beyond, a chemistry show, and a scholarly showdown in our Sustainable Earth debate. We thank all students and speakers for making the event a great experience.
