The Acadia TESOL Certificate Program will be offered in these formats:

On Campus Format - September to February

  • All three courses (EDUC 4673, 4683, 4863)  will be offered concurrently throughout the academic school year in a hybrid online/face-to-face format. Face-to-face components of all three courses will take place in the same time slot: Tuesday evenings from 6:00 - 9:30.    The course being offered on each Tuesday evening will vary. During the weeks in which there is no face-to-face component, students will be expected to complete on-line activities.
  • Students have the option of completing the on-site practicum during the times listed above, or the off-site practicum at any convenient time.

Online Format - Available now

  • The TESOL Certificate is also offered as a series of online credit courses.  Students may register and begin their studies at any time.  Classes and coursework will take place entirely online, which allows students to arrange their studies around their current academic, teaching, or professional commitments.
