KINE 4893 is a course covering the various aspects of the theory of social constructionism as it relates to disability and sport. The course provides an insight into the historical development of disability sport both nationally and internationally, and will identify governing sport bodies at national and international levels responsible for Paralympics, Special Olympics, and other disability sport movements. It will also explore in-service delivery of sport models, in both school and community settings.
